PURPOSE:To easily perform attaching and detaching work of a heat exchange element by holding the heat exchange element with a uniform holding force which is entirely imposed on the heat exchange element via a rigid plate. CONSTITUTION:A mounting member 22 is provided with a rigid plate 22a which comes in contact with the side of a heat exchange element 21 and an elastic body 126 which is at least partly compressed to force the rigid plate 22a toward the heat exchange element 21 when the heat exchange element 21 is mounted. The force of the elastic body 126 is indirectly imposed on the heat exchange element 21 through the rigid plate 22a. As a result, the heat exchange element 21 wholly receives a uniform holding force via the rigid plate 22a which is not locally distorted.
