PURPOSE:To provide a planographic printing plate formed of photosensitive composition as photo-polymerized composition, which has an improved hydrophilic layer on the surface of an aluminum plate as a support to form an image even for small meshed points in high-lighted areas and to develop great printing performance without causing spots in non-imaged areas. CONSTITUTION:A polymer layer containing acrylic acid or methacrylic acid is provided on an aluminum plate, and a layer formed of photo-polymerized photosensitive composition including polymer containing carboxylic acid remaining groups is provided thereon. It is thus possible to reproduce even small meshed points in high-lighted areas as an image and develop great printing performance without causing spots in non-imaged areas.
