PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts to reduce the manufacturing cost and the weight, and miniaturize the unit. CONSTITUTION:A outer ring 23, a first inner ring 27, and a second inner ring 35 are combined with each other so that they can relatively freely rotate. A ring gear 26 is provided between outer ring raceways 25a, 25b arranged in plural rows on the inner peripheral surface of the outer ring 23. A sun gear 49 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the first inner ring 27. A planetary gear 51 is freely rotatably supported on a supporting shaft 50 fixed on the end face of the second inner ring 35. The planetary gear 51 is engaged with the ring gear 26 and the sun gear 49.
