PURPOSE:To provide an air cleaning system in which an expansion of an air flow in a lateral direction for sucking and transporting contaminated air directed toward a suction port along a groove is restricted to enable a collecting performance of the contaminated air to be improved and further the contaminated fir such as cigar smoke does not badly influence people around the system. CONSTITUTION:An indoor side of a ceiling 1 is provided with a groove 2, one end off the groove 2 is provided with blowing ports 3a and 3b and the other end of the groove 2 is provided with a suction port 4. The blowing ports 3a and 3b are comprised of a blowing port 3a blowing air toward an opposing suction part 4 and a blowing port 3b for blowing air toward an indoor side. The air purifying system is so constructed that the suction port 4 and the blowing ports 3a and 3b &M communicate with each other through a purifying device 7 and a duct 8 comprised of a blower 5 and a purifying filter 6 and the like. Both sides of a groove opening 9 are provided with some slit-like suction ports 10 communicating with the duct 8 in side-by-side relation. |
