PURPOSE:To supplement a screen in a transient period, to cover the abrupt change of the screen when the screen is changed and to prevent distortion from being generated by generating a rotation pattern and composing various patterns in a transient period wherein the screen in switched with a screen switching signal. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 620 writes the rotation pattern in a rotation signal generation part 1001 through a CPU bus 610 and the switching signal ROT outputted from the rotation signal generation part 1001 according to the rotation pattern in sent to a video switching control part 1002. Then when the switching signal CNT is '1', namely, controlled to the state of the presence of the signal, a video switching part 510 supplement a 2nd luminance signal LSDA on a 1st luminance signal LSPC, outputs a 3rd luminance signal LSMON, which is displayed to supplement the screen. Therefore, the 2nd luminance signal LSDA is smoothly displayed in the 1st luminance signal LSPC of the output of the 3rd luminance signal LSMON, and the 2nd luminance signal LSDA is smoothly erased. |
