发明名称 REFRIGERANT GAS SUCTION STRUCTURE IN PISTON TYPE COMPRESSOR
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce start shock by preventing compression of liquid refrigerant when a compressor is started, reduce abnormal sound, and reduce load which works on a drive device section of a piston so as to improve durability and reliability. CONSTITUTION:Suction passages 33, 34 for introducing a refrigerant gas into an operation chamber R in cylinder bores 15, 16 are formed in rotary valves 31, 32. The rotary valves 31, 32 are stored in storage chambers 1a, 2a so that the operation chamber R and the suction passages 33, 36 in the process of suction in synchronization with the reciprocal movement of a piston 17 are communicated sequentially and the rotary valves 31, 32 can slide in their axial directions. Circular grooves 37, 38 which communicate each operation chamber R each other when the compressor stops are provided on outer peripheral face of the rotary valves 31, 32. After the compressor is started, a slight amount of discharge pressure is introduced from control passages 43, 44 into pressure sensitive chambers 41, 42, and the rotary valves 31, 32 are changed over from the non-operation position where introducing passages 1b, 2b correspond to the circular grooves 37, 38 to the suction operation position where the introducing passages 1b, 2b correspond to suction guide grooves 35, 36.</p>
