PURPOSE:To measure the moisture content of a granular material non- destructively, continuously and with high precision. CONSTITUTION:A flow-down tube 1 has a uniform internal section and the inside thereof serves as a flow-down passage 2 of a material to be inspected. A moisture meter 3 and a plugging density meter 6 are attached to the flow- down tube 1. The moisture meter 3 is made up of electrode plates 4 provided on the opposite wall surfaces of the flow-down tube 1 and of an analytical processing device 5. The plugging density meter 6 is made up of a light-emitting unit 7 and a light-sensing unit 8 so provided as to project inside the flow-down tube 1 and to be opposite to each other with a prescribed gap between them, and of an analytical processing device 9. The two analytical processing devices 5 and 9 are connected with a corrective processing device 10 with signals. |
