<p>PURPOSE: To reduce pulsating stress by conveying, and to lighten applied load to a distributor mast by installing a tubular concrete storage section between a connecting deliver conduit and a concrete conveying conduit connected to a pump. CONSTITUTION: A tubular storage section 6 is mounted between a connecting delivery conduit and a concrete conveying conduit constituting the distributor system. The tubular storage section 6 is formed in welding structure, and composed of an outer pipe 7, in which quick couplings 8 are formed at both ends, and a polyurethane hose 9 inserted into the outer pipe 7. An air gap 10 is formed to the outer pipe 7 and the hose 9, and the hose 9 cab be made to escape partially by the impulsive pulsation of conveying concrete. Accordingly, stress by pulse-like movements can be attenuated remarkably.</p> |
