PURPOSE:To secure a wide living room space and to ensure waterproofing by disposing a floor with its surface set lower than the upper surface of a lower beam, and providing a saucerlike waterproofing pan to cover the bottom surface of the floor. CONSTITUTION:A waterproofing pan 40, a saucerlike waterproofing member is placed via bed materials 21-24, a waterproofing sheet 25, supporting members 26, 27 and waterproofing plywood 28, etc., on a lower beam 15 on one side of a building unit 11 and on a foundation material 16 provided between parallel lower beams 15 on both sides. A floor 20 is formed by the above members. The waterproofing plywood 28 of the floor 20 is disposed at a position lower than the height of the upper surface 17 of each lower beam 15. Particle boards 32 laid in a living space 30 are disposed at a position higher than the waterproofing plywood 28 and an upper stile SO is provided at the projecting part of a stepped level formed by the difference in height between them. |
