Bus request uses a system bus as a round-robbin mode to avoid a daisy chain mode which has shortcomings. The method employs a bus arbiter(1), bus requesters 1-4 (2-5), a system bus need decision step which decides an active condition of BGIN* by an active condition of BR* after BBSY* signal inactive, a BGIN* signal active decision step which decides an active condition of BGIN* by an active condition of BGOUT* after BGOUT signal active, a BGOUT* active step, a BBSY* active condition decision step, and a BR* active condition decision step if BBSY* siganl line is not active.
