<p>PURPOSE:To stabilize sticking force closely by equipping a relief portion to relieve coupling force in a rotary direction at the coupling portion of an armature spring and an armature holder and an armature plate metal in the case of an armature that is joined so as to be displaceable in a thrust direction against the armature spring. CONSTITUTION:In regard to the diameter phiD1 of the boss 81 of an armature plate metal 631, the diameter of the caulking hole 91 of the center direction of an armature spring 621 is made to be phiD2, and the diameter of the caulking hole 91 of a concentric direction is made to be phiD3, and the average diameter of the outer form of the boss 81 after caulking is made to be phiD1', and a caulking hole 91 of a cylindrical shape is made at the armature spring 621 so as to become phiD1<=phiD2<phiD1', phiD2<phiD3. Accordingly, when the armature spring 621 and the armature plate metal 631 are caulked by means of the boss 81, an opening 101 is formed between the boss 81 and the caulking hole 91. As a result, the armature spring 621 is fixed only in a center direction, and suction force is not affected with the strength of the caulking of the armature spring, and production in which quality is stabilized can be conducted.</p> |
