<p>PURPOSE:To provide a metal diaphragm type branch valve which is easy to operate a handle and requires less space. CONSTITUTION:In a branch valve provided with a metal diaphragm 7, which connects/disconnects the primary passage 12 to/from the secondary passage 13, a driving handle 9 for the metal, diaphragm 7 is inclined so that its axial line 14 (17) makes an angle ranging from 30 deg. to 60 deg. with a plane 16, which vertically crosses an axial line 15 of a manifold connecting part 3. In this way, even though plural branch valves are arranged close to each other, each of their handles can be operated easily without being affected by branch valves next to each other.</p> |
