PURPOSE: To provide a heat-exchanger to simplify constitution and facilitate manufacture and maintenance. CONSTITUTION: A manifold assembly is formed such that two manifold members 11 and 12 are combined together, a tubular member 15 is fitted in and held in groove 13 and 14 formed in the inner surfaces of the manifold members 11 and 12. Further, an end plate 20 and partition plate are fitted in grooves 18 and 19 formed in the inner surfaces of end parts 21 and 25 of the manifold members 11 and 12 and held therein. |
