PURPOSE:To beforehand simulate the working status of parts by reading com mand data, NC machine constant files and tool information, respectively, deter mining the motions of a machine in accordance with an NC program every block and performing a drawing and a display. CONSTITUTION:Command data is read in a step (hereafter omitted) S1, machine information is read to realize a machine perculiar operations and NC machine constant files are read in an S2. In an S3, tool information for substituting tool operations for the machine operations is read and tool information files are read. In an S4, NC data files designated by the command data are searched and they are read one block by one block. In an S5, this NC data is decomposed into various kinds of codes for machine control and each code is digitized. Namely, the analysis of this NC data is performed. In an S6, the calcuation of the machine operations determining start point data and end point data, etc., one block by one block in this data is performed. In an S7, this calculation result is converted into drawing or display data. |
