PURPOSE:To increase the speed of heat exchange between a heat medium and a heat accumulating material by providing a flow passage for directly contacting heat medium in a heat accumulator, which is composed of an organic heat accumulating material which realizes a phase transfer reversibly between solid and liquid. CONSTITUTION:A heat accumulator 15 of a heat exchanging element 17 is shaped in a column, and at its round end surface of this heat accumaltor 15, a flow passage 18 communicating between the both end surfaces is formed. A heat exchanger 23, in which this heat exchanging element 17 is housed in a cylindrical housing 10, is provided with an inlet 11 and an outlet 12 for the heat medium at the both end surfaces of the housing 10. The heat accumulator 15 is made of an ethylene-alpha-olefine copolymer A and an organic system heat accumulating material carried by this copolymer A. |
