<p>PURPOSE: To measure configuration element values at the same time at a series or parallel circuit coroprising two or more kinds of passive elements by applying a sample element with a sine wave, measuring a current vector and calculating a phase difference from a voltage based on the current vector. CONSTITUTION: A sine wave oscillator 10 supplies a sine wave signal A to a sample element 100. A current detection part 30 connected in series to the element 100 detects phase difference between the voltage dropped at both ends P1 and P2 of the element 100 and the current which flows the element 100 and the current which flows the element 100, and supplies it to a mean value calculating part 51. In addition, a voltage detection part 20 amplifity an electric potential difference between terminals P1 and P2 and converts it to a cosine wave through a phase shifter 40, and supplies is to a made value calculating part 50. A multiply circuit part 60 multiplies a submergence D by a submergence C, and the output is made to pass a filter 70, for a phase differenceθbetween a voltage and a current to be obtained. Then after outputs E, F and H are A/D converted (80), an MPU90 calculates and displays (91) an image reception element which constitutes the element 100: resistance, inductance or capacitance.</p> |
