PURPOSE:To make soil contaminated by heavy metals insoluble while keeping it in original position. CONSTITUTION:Of a plurality of hollow pipes 2a, 2b penetrated and installed in contaminated soil 1 as two pipe lines A, B of opposite anodes and cathodes, each hollow pipe 2a serving as an anode has a feedwater conduit 6 communicated and secured thereto and is connected to the anode side of a DC power source 9, the conduit 6 having one end communicated to a water container 5. A catchment conduit 13 having one end connected to a water separator container 12 is communicated and secured to each hollow pipe 2b serving as a cathode, and each hollow pipe 2b is connected to the cathode side of the DC power source 9. |
