High resolution digital image registration

摘要

The center of a reference mark is located by decreasing the range of pixel values defining an image defect. The pixel values defining the digital image are then enhanced to amplify the pixel values representing the reference mark and decrease the pixel values representing the background. The center of the digital image of the reference mark is determined from the altered image.
