METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CARBON DIOXIDE SEPARATION MEMBRANE

PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing a carbon dioxide separation membrane with high carbon dioxide separation factor and free from deterioration of membrane performance when coming in contact with water. CONSTITUTION:The method comprises impregnating an aromatic polyimide film with polyethyleneglycol or polyethyleneglycol and a basic substance, and treating the film surface using an ammonia plasma.
