PURPOSE:To shorten a working time by washing the interior of piping in such a state that the piping is constructed in an air transport device without being dismantled by reciprocally moving the pig introduced into the piping by air vibration. CONSTITUTION:A pig inserting pipe 5 in which a pig 6 is inserted so as to be freely taken in and out is provided to a washing device main body 3 and one end of piping 4 to be washed is connected to one end of the pig inserting pipe 5 and the other end thereof is connected to a vibration generating source 2. The vibration generating source 2 is equipped with the changeover valve 17 changed over by a drive source such as a motor having four ports 13-16, an air source 10, the emitting pipe 18 connecting both of them 10, 17 and a suction pipe 19. Vibration is applied to air by changing over the valve body 22 of the changeover valve 17 by a controller 7 containing an inverter 8 and the pig 6 is reciprocally moved in an advance direction while vibrated by the sonic wave action due to the vibration of the valve 17 to be transferred to wash the piping 14. |
