发明名称 METHOD FOR COOLING MOTOR OF CLOSED TYPE TURBOREFRIGERATING MACHINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To increase the amount of the cooling refrigerant and improve the cooling capacity by providing disks close to the two sides of the rotor on the motor shaft and at positions nearer to the stator than the coil end of the stator. CONSTITUTION:When the refrigerating machine is in operation, the refrigerant is pressurized by the compressor 7, fed to a condenser 8 and condense through cooling, and depressurized inside an evaporator 6. The refrigerant liquefied at the condenser 8 by the pressure difference is sent through a motor-cooling refrigerant piping 9 to a motor casing 5; the refrigerant in part flows through a space between the casing 5 and the stator 1 and in part, through the inside of the motor shaft 4 and is fed to the space between the stator 1 and the rotor 2, effects cooling, and returns to a vaporizer 6. In this circulation, the disks 3 makes the refrigerant around them flow radially as they rotate and flow in a forced convection, impinging on the stator end rings. Furthermore, as a result of the convection, by the suction effect at its outlet between the stator 1 and the rotor 2 the refrigerant in circulation increases in amount. Thus the motor is cooled efficiently.
