IMMUNOLOGICAL ASSAY OF LACI, KIT THEREFOR AND MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY

PURPOSE:To selectively determine free LACI in high sensitivity by immunologically determining LACI with two antibodies recognizing respective specific sites of LACI. CONSTITUTION:Free LACI in a human examination specimen is immunologically determined by a monoclonal antibody recognizing the polypeptide (K3) having the amino acid sequence of formula I and a monoclonal antibody recognizing the polypeptide (K1) having the amino acid sequence of formula II. One of the antibodies is immobilized on an insoluble carrier and the other antibody is labeled and used for the determination.
