PURPOSE:To simplify adjusting operation in fitting a gripping needle and a releasing needle by making a jellylike food transferable between containers of different shapes and dimensions. CONSTITUTION:A gripping needle 1 and a releasing needle 2 are elastically retained by a gripping hand 3 and a releasing hand 4 in the vertical direction, respectively, for example, through compression springs 31, etc. When a jellylike food is transferred between containers having different heights of bottoms, the difference in height of the bottoms of the containers is absorbed by elasticity. Even if the gripping needle 1 and/or the releasing needle 2 is brought into contact with the bottom of the container having higher bottom, the gripping needle 1 and the releasing needle 2 can be approached and separated from the jellylike food. Error in fitting the gripping needle 1 and the releasing needle 2 can be absorbed by elasticity of the compression springs 31.
