PURPOSE:To obtain a new gravy for roast chicken and roast meat capable of making the best use of the original taste of roast chicken and roast meat, meeting the taste of the Japanese and having refreshing taste of Japanese food by uniformly mixing grated juice of yam with egg, grated Japanese radish, MISO (fermented bean paste) and soy sauce. CONSTITUTION:The objective product is produced by homogeneously mixing grated juice of yam with egg, grated Japanese radish, MISO and soy sauce. Preferably, 5-20 pts.wt. of yam is mixed with 3-15 pts.wt. of egg, 1-5 pts.wt. of grated Japanese radish, 0.2-2 pts.wt. of MISO and 0.1-1 pt.wt. of soy sauce. |
