PURPOSE:To provide an exerciser for strengthening perineal muscles without help of others. CONSTITUTION:This exerciser A has a shape based on an anatomical basis of female and consists of a main body 1, a head part 2 and a flange part 4 fixed on both sides of the main body 1 and a germanium pipe 3 sheathed on the main body 1. The exerciser A contains a magnetic body and on the outer peripheral face, communicating paths 6 communicating with the outside through the inside of the exerciser A and an air communicating path 15 are provided. It is possible thereby to provide a therapeutic tool with which cells of perineal muscles are especially activated and enforcement of the muscles can be attempted and which is effective for incontinence of urine based on abdominal pressure. |
