PURPOSE:To provide an oven toaster and toast cooking method capable of cooking toast baked up always to a desire state even if the kind, thickness, shape, etc., of cooked toast are varied. CONSTITUTION:This toaster is provided with a heat source 4 provided in a baking chamber 1 for indirect baking cooking, a baking net 2 for mounting and cooking a dish and a controller 7 for controlling heating value of the heat source 4 and the position of the baking net 2. When a toast of the dish is cooked, a ratio of turning on to turning off the power supply to the heat source 4 by the controller 7 is varied to control the heating value of the heat source 4 and adjust the baking color of bread. |
