PURPOSE:To obtain a health food enabling easy taking of adlay and MAMUSHI (Ancistrodon blomhoffii, a kind of viper) at the same time by lightly parching dried adlay, crushing the parched adlay and immediately adding and mixing the adlay to MAMUSHI powder, thereby reducing the fishy smell and taste of MAMUSHI powder to imperceptible level. CONSTITUTION:MAMUSHI is broiled without seasoning and crushed to powder. Separately, dried adlay is lightly parched and crushed to powder. The freshly crushed adlay powder is mixed to the MAMUSHI powder in an amount of 3-10wt.% (preferably 5-7wt.%) to obtain the objective food. The adlay is added to the MAMUSHI powder preferably within 3min after crushing. The adlay powder is preferably finer than the MAMUSHI powder. |
