PURPOSE:To omit a pretreatment before coating, such as a trichloroethane cleaning and a primer treatment, and to improve a coating adhesion, a surface smoothness, and a clarity by a method wherein a concentration ratio of oxygen, carbon, and nitrogen on an uppermost surface of a molded piece is specified, and a 60 deg. glossiness on the surface is a specific value or more. CONSTITUTION:In a resin injection molded piece made of a functional polyolefin resin bonded with at least one kind of functional group selected out of hydroxyl group, amino group, carboxyl group, anhydrous carboxyl group, and epoxy group, (CO+CN)/CC is 0.005-0.300 on the uppermost surface of the molded piece where an oxygen concentration is CO, a carbon concentration is CC, and a nitrogen concentration is CN, and a 60 deg. glossiness (ASTM-D523) on the surface is at least 60%. If the concentration ratio of the specific elements on the uppermost surface of the molded piece is lower than the lower limit, an ideal coating adhesion cannot be obtained. If it is larger than the upper limit, a surface layer may be released, or a weatherability may be deteriorated. |
