PURPOSE: To provide a method for excluding separate curing stages in the formation of a preform and curing the preform simultaneously with the adaptation of a binder and a fiber. CONSTITUTION: Four air nozzles 33 are operatively connected to a blower 34 and a heater 36 around a fiber nozzle and a binder nozzle so as to provide an interval in a circumferential direction and also fixed to the fiber nozzle and the binder nozzle by the bracket structure 39 of a nozzle assembly 20 to move along with a gantry 32 with respect to a small hole screen.
