<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a laminate film which is litttle in curl and low in heat seal temperature by a method wherein temperature of a cooling metal roll, pressure of a cooling nip roll, and traveling time of a laminate film are controlled at specific values. CONSTITUTION:A laminate film 7 consisting of a base material film 1 and a sealant film 2 is obtained. Herein, a surface of the base material film 1 is arranged so as to be on an elastic roll 36 side, and a surface of the sealant film 2 is arranged so as to be on a cooling metal roll 35 side. For operating conditions, a surface temperature of the cooling metal roll 35 is 15-65 deg.C, and a nip pressure of a cooling nip roll 42 is 10-90kg/cm. Then, time required by traveling of the laminate film 7 from the heating metal roll 3 to the nip part of the cooling nip roll 42 is made to be within 2sec.</p> |
