PURPOSE:To surely mount a snap ring on a ring groove of a workpiece on which a bearing is mounted. CONSTITUTION:A snap ring inserting guide 10, in which a positioning tapered surface brought into contact with an upper part opening of a workpiece 100 is provided in the bottom end periphery, is vertically movably provided and energized downward in order to come into press contact with the workpiece 100 by a compression spring 20. A workpiece lifter 80 is provided and also providing a workpiece set confirming means 30 for detecting the workpiece 100 positioned to occupy a predetermined work position. A press fit punch 40, having a positioning pin fitted to the center axial hole of a bearing of the workpiece 100 in the bottom end, and a punch action confirming means 50 are provided. Further, a detecting sleeve 60 is provided vertically movably relating to the press fit punch 40, and a snap ring mounting confirming means 70 is provided between the press fit punch 40 and the detecting sleeve 60. |
