<p>PURPOSE:To develop the brains of embryos, infants, etc., and to promote their health by extending a shielding curtain for preventing electromagnetic wave hazards around a bed, etc., and changing illuminating cooperatively with music while continuously or intermittently moving a positive film of a moving picture system. CONSTITUTION:The electromagnetic wave shielding curtain 2 is extended around a bed on which a pregnant woman or infant lies to protect the person against the adverse influence of the harmful electromagnetic waves on the earth. An alpha brain wave generator 1 is disposed in the position proximity to this bed. A screen and illumination are projected by a visual device of this alpha brain wave generator 1 and the classic music and the affectionate mother's voices, etc., recorded on a tape, etc., are sounded by a sound apparatus.
