PURPOSE:To keep a capacity of a memory low and to effective use memory resources by indexing bit map data developing time of each area in which output information of page unit is divided by a predetermined size, and extending the capacity of a frame memory to be obtained by a minimum size. CONSTITUTION:After a controller 1 stores data transferred from an external unit 2 in an input unit 3, it is analyzed by an analyzer 4. That is, which data should be developed to which divided part, is analyzed. If a developing time is excessively long with a size of a present frame memory and normal printing cannot be conducted, the size of the frame memory is extended. A developing unit 5 develops information of the divided part corresponding to the size of the frame memory in the frame memory 6A as output image. On the other hand, an output unit 7 ON.OFF controls a laser beam for an output mechanism 8 according to the memory 6A to record a printed result on a recording medium 9. |
