PURPOSE:To substantially improve the rigidity and durability of a fixing bracket for fitting an outer cylinder hardware of a cylindrical mount to the power unit side or the car body side. CONSTITUTION:A power unit support device is pressed and fixed at plural places in the periphery of the fixing part of an outer cylinder hardware to a mounting part 36 where a plate-like fixing bracket 16 is fixed to an outer cylinder hardware of a cylindrical mount 10 and the fixing bracket 16 is provided on one of the power unit side or the car body side. A projecting part 34 is formed between the fixing part of the outer cylinder hardware in the fixing bracket 16 and the power unit side or car body side mounting part 39 positioned opposite to the fixing part of the fixing bracket 16 in such a manner as to project in the opposite direction, thereby the contact pressure is applied to the fixing bracket 16 by the projecting part 34, so that assembling distortion is given to the fixing bracket 16.
