PURPOSE:To provide a fancy beverage causing no impairing the scent and taste inherent therein. CONSTITUTION:An extract fluid from steamed stock in an extraction pot 1 is quietly put to force feed into a cooling device 2, reservoir 3 and sterilizer 4 in this order through the pressure of an inert gas forced into the pot without using any pump.
