<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the dimension of the device without deteriorating the operation performance in the putting-in/out of a paper feeding cassette, in a paper feeding device. CONSTITUTION:A transport roller installed at the cassette mounting part of a paper feeding device is installed only at the center in the width direction of a sheet transport passage. On the front surface of the paper feeding cassette 30 pulling-out side, a projection part 30d covering the transport roller in installation is formed, and both the shouder parts are removed. The projection part 30d left at the center part is formed as a handle in pulling-out. When a sheet is supplied, the paper feeding cassette 30 is pulled out from the cassette mounting part, holding the projection part 30d by one hand. When the paper feeding cassette 30 is mounted in the cassette mounting part, after supplying the sheet, the transport roller is covered by the projection part 30d.</p> |
