PURPOSE:To provide a method for treating desulfurization drainage which simplifies a system constitution and minimizes an installation space, and reduces both construction and operating costs and provide a device for the method. CONSTITUTION:A desulfurization drainage treatment device consists of an electric dialysis device 11 which dialyzes a desulfurization drainage discharged from an exhausted smoke desulfurization device 10 electrically, a moisture control device 17 which adjusts the moisture content of desulfurization drainage of CaSO4 concentration reduced by the electric dialysis device 11, a molding device 20 which molds coal ash added to the desulfurization drainage whose moisture is adjusted, and a hydrothermal solidification device 21 which solidifies the molded blend hydrothermally.
