<p>PURPOSE:To improve the cushion performance by forming a cushion sheet from the specific foamed paper. CONSTITUTION:A cushion sheet is formed from a foamed paper 3 having a density of 0.1-0.4g/cm<3> which is formed by compounding the heating foamed particles having the low boiling point solvent sealed, into the fibers containing pulp as main constituent, carrying out paper amnufacture, and heating foaming. As the pulp used for the foamed paper 3, are listed the wooden pulp such as chemical pulp and machine pulp used for the common paper manufacture, waste paper pulp, nonwooden natural pulp such as hemp and cotton, synthetic pulp, etc., and the combination of these pulp is used. In other cases, a variety of fibers such as organic and inorganic fibers can be mixed. However, from the viewpoint of the paper manufacturing performance, the compounding of pulp in 50wt.% or more is excellent in view of the touchness and strength of the sheet. Accordingly, the excellent cushion performance can be obtained.</p> |
