PURPOSE:To furnish a method for sealing an injection hole reliably after a plastic material is filled up through the injection hole communicating with the inside, in regard to a processing method wherein the plastic material of which the main component is a liquid curable compound is cast-molded in a cavity formed between two molds. CONSTITUTION:After a plastic material 5 is filled up in a cavity through an injection hole communicating with the inside, ultraviolet-curing type resin having the same functional group as a liquid curable compound is applied to the injection hole and cured with a reaction and thereby the injection hole is sealed reliably. By coating the injection hole with the ultraviolet-curing type resin having the same functional group as the compound in the cavity, according to this method, a sticking substance around the injection hole is also cured in the reaction simultaneously and, therefore, the injection hole can be sealed reliably and in a short time. |
