PURPOSE:To provide a belt sander machine equipped with the constitution for maintaining the correspondence relation between a workpiece detecting element and an air cylinder by obtaining the constitution for continuously reciprocatingly moving a belt grinding device in the direction crossing with the material feeding direction for a material feeding device by installing a stepping pressure device which is formed by arranging a plurality of pressing members in the width direction. CONSTITUTION:An air cylinder 30 row is installed on a siding frame 11, and a stepping pressure frame 19 is supported in a reciprocatingly movable manner at the lower part of the siding frame 11 by a reciprocating driving device, and a pressing member 20 row is arranged in coincidence with the air cylinder 30 row in the vertical direction on the stepping pressure frame 19, and the pressing member 20 row is slidingly moved in reciprocation in the width direction for the press contact piece 32 row of the air cylinder 30, accompanied with the reciprocating movement of the stepping pressure frame 19. |
