The device is constituted by a platform (200) which is raised hydraulically on a pantograph frame (300) on the trailer (100), giving operational ground clearances. Weight is transferred from the wheels to corner jacks (120). Individually adjusted, these level the platform and establish earth contact. A hinged side-frame (230), steadying (232) the circuit-breaker in transit, is lowered (B2). Flexible single-core cables (L1,L2,L3) are clamped (231) to it to limit movement on short-circuit. The opposing side-frame (220), carrying cable terminations (L1,L2,L3) with current transformers (410) also folds down (B1). The isolator (430) and voltage transformer (420) support frame (210) slides outward (H) on guide rails (211), completing the conversion. Hydraulic configuration controls and circuit-breaker auxiliary and control gear are accommodated in an adjacent kiosk (500). USE/ADVANTAGE - Temporary replacement for circuit-breaker bay during fault repairs or routine maintenance. Highway width and height restrictions observed.
