PURPOSE:To provide a micromechanism device which can move by determining a self-traveling direction and speed in a remote control style. CONSTITUTION:Vibrating objects 100a and 100b having a mutually different resonance frequency are held by a connecting member 102, and when acoustic energy having the same frequency with the resonance frequency in either one of the vibrating objects 100a and 100b is radiated from outside, vibrational displacement independent of the vibrating objects 100a and 100b is resonated and excited, and thereby, a self-traveling direction and speed of the whole micromechanism device is determined, and the whole device can move in a remote control style. |
