PURPOSE:To serve hot water of a high temperature and sanitary chilled water by constituting the vessel so that a hot-water heating part heats and boils a contained liquid and a cooling part cools the contained liquid heated and boiled by the hot-water heating part. CONSTITUTION:A heater 1 heats and boils water contained in a water heating vessel 2. In a cooling part B, by a cooling feed pump 3, a part of boiling water contained in the water heating vessel 2 passes through the inside of a cooling feed pipe 11 and is air-cooled by a pre-cooler 12, subjected to auxiliary cooling by an auxiliary cooler 13 and goes into a cooling tank 14, and is cooled to <=10 deg.C. Chilled water is stored in the tank 14, and when necessary, the cooling feed pump 3 is operated and the chilled water passes through a chilled water discharge tube 15 and the discharged from a chilled water discharge port. In this case, the quantity of hot water which passes through a hot water discharge tube and is discharged from a hot water discharge port by a boiling water pumping-up pump 4 and the quantity of chilled water discharged from a chilled water discharge port are controlled. In such a way, by mixing them, hot water at a desired temperature can be obtained. By cooling boiled hot water, a noxious chlorine compound such as a trihalomethane, etc., is eliminated. |
