<p>PURPOSE:To provide a deciding method of a parameter of a cooling pipe capable of preventing a defective squareness and defective perfect roundness of a molded product. CONSTITUTION:A number of cooling pipes are obtained based on an initially established diameter of the cooling pipe and distances among the cooling pipes 31, 32 and a molded product 2, based on those values of which simulation of various analysis of filling, dwelling, cooling of resin and a deformation of the molded product 2 is performed, through a result of which perfect roundness and squareness of the molded product 2 are discriminated and the simulation is carried out by changing the number of the cooling pipes and the distances among the cooling pipes 31, 32 and the molded product 2 when need arises until the discriminated results become predetermined values representing a perfect round and right angle of the molded product 2. With this construction, the values each obtained when the molded product 2 is attained to the predetermined values representing the perfect round and right angle are used as a parameter of the cooling pipe.</p> |
