<p>PURPOSE:To perform a taping continuously under a condition in which heat- sealing of a cover tape to a carrier tape, after an electronic component is filled in respective component storage parts on a hoop-form carrier tape, is not done when an empty component storage part generates, and a defective heat-sealing of the cover tape does not generate. CONSTITUTION:An electronic component sensor 6 is provided between a filling component filling means 5 and a cover tape feeding means 8, and a carrier tape C is moved reversely by a distance from the location of the electronic component sensor 6 to the filling means 5, based on a signal to indicate that there is no electronic component by the electronic component sensor 6. In addition, a guide part 10 to hold a cover tape D under a condition in which the cover tape D is tightly joined to the carrier tape C, is provided between the cover tape feeding means 8 and heat-sealing means 9.</p> |
