<p>PURPOSE:To store live fishes and crustacea in water-free state by pulling up live fishes and crustacea in water from water, housing these fishes, etc., in a closed vessel in which air or oxygen gas is sealed in water-free state and retaining the vessel under pressure in a low-temperature zone. CONSTITUTION:Live fishes and crustacea in water is pulled up from water and housed in a closed vessel in which air or oxygen gas is sealed in water-free state. Live fishes and crustacea are retained under low-temperature zone in a state where pressure is applied from the outside or inside of this vessel. The pressure condition is preferably 0.1 to 5kg/cm<2> and the temperature condition is preferably about 25 to -5 deg.C, especially preferably 0 to -5 deg.C.</p> |
