<p>PURPOSE:To shorten the horizontal length of production line. CONSTITUTION:Resinous liquid is infiltrated in base material 1 in continuous form during its continuous feeding. A plurality of sheets of the resin-impregnated base material 1 are piled up during their continuous feeding so as to be continuously passed through a heating and curing oven 2 in order to thermally cure the resin and laminate a plurality of sheets of base material 1 for laminate- molding laminated sheet 3. In this case, in the heating and curing oven 2, the base material 1 is bent downwards for making a detour for passing the base material 1 in the heating and curing oven 2. Thus, the horizontal distance of the heating and curing oven 2 is shortened as compared with the length of the line of a heating and drying process in case that the base material 1 is fed horizontally in the heating and curing oven 2.</p> |
