摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To stably manufacture a hot strip high in accuracy of plate thickness by finding the error of a set rolling load in a rolling stand and a plate thickness deviation on the inlet side and a rolling temperature deviation at the next stand and correcting draft positions on rolling stands on and after the next stand making them as a control factor. CONSTITUTION:In the course of rolling of a material 1 to be rolled, the error of a set rolling load in a stand (i) is found and a plate thickness deviation and a rolling temperature deviation on the inlet side of the next stand (i+1) are required also and the draft position of the next stand (i+1) is corrected making them as a control factor, so the plate thickness deviation becomes extremely small. In the same way, the draft position is necessiated to be corrected in the same process on and after the (i+2)th stand. Consequently, in the manufacture of a hot strip by a hot continuous mill, swift and secure rolling-down correction can be executed and a high-quality coil poor in loss can be obtained.</p>
