A flat case (2) contains the beeper (22) with its battery (25), connected to two fixed contacts (26, 27). Two displaceable contacts (20, 21), attached to hook-bars and forced by springs (23, 24) against the fixed contacts, complete the circuit. The hook-bars are retained by end loops (11, 12) on the garment waist elastic (10), whose tension, when the garment is worn, overcomes the contact springs and opens the circuit. With the garment removed, tension relaxes, the springs reclose the circuit and the beeper sounds for a predetermined time. Opt. the contacts are opened and closed by a flat pressure plate, depressed by the body when worn. The open-ended hook-bars allow the garment to be washed with the beeper removed. USE/ADVANTAGE - Reminds the wearer of the possible need to put on a condom.
