PURPOSE:To provide thermal recording paper of high sensitivity by forming an undercoat layer on a sheet like support by a coating system good in productivity. CONSTITUTION:In thermal recording paper wherein an undercoat layer and a thermal layer are provided on the single surface of a sheet like support, the undercoat layer is formed by applying a weighed coating soln. to the sheet like support by means of transferring from an applicator roll. By this constitution, the thermal recording paper of high sensitivity can be produced with good productivity. |
